Empowering the Future

From classrooms to boardrooms, we are equipping the next generation with the tools to build peace and prosperity.

Inoculating Against Violence

At WIP, we believe that an idle youth is a target for extremism, but an empowered youth is an asset to peace. Our strategy is two-fold: we engage minds through education and we engage hands through vocational skills.

The Logic: "If we teach them peace before the world teaches them hate, we win. If we give them jobs before the gangs offer them guns, we win."

Catch Them Young

This initiative establishes Peace Clubs in primary and secondary schools across Nigeria. Through interactive workshops, debate competitions, and peer mentorship, we instill the values of tolerance and non-violence early.

These clubs serve as "early warning systems" within schools, preventing bullying and cultism from taking root.

Faces of the Future

"I used to be idle after secondary school, and I was tempted by bad company. The WIP coding bootcamp gave me a skill. Now I work freelance for clients abroad."
